ABOUT ME
The first approach to yoga was, as often happens, because I needed it, without knowing it. I was 19, and I never left it; I became an instructor only in 2012, thanks to my teacher Esther Lim.
The first style, the first studies, were around Ashtanga , from which I subsequently moved, also following my studies, which I have continued and which I continue even now; my specializations are Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini, Mindful Yoga, Vanda Scaravelli, Aerial Yoga, Yoga in Water, Reiki Master.
The style that I practice is difficult to label, I like to think that it is functional, that my practice adapts to the needs of the people in front of me.
Everything revolves around our body, to discover the possibilities we have to help it, to be able to live at our best.

COACHING IN THE GREEN
Meditating is a privilege, it is the opportunity we have to connect with our deepest part, to create peace and develop wisdom and clarity.
Through yoga we can gain awareness, activating and cultivating our inner stillness, and then we can better take care of our life.
We combine yoga practice, then body movements, with breathing techniques.
Nature has great beneficial power. we learn to interact with it, to return to feel an integral part. "For stress relief just take a bath in the forest".
Thank you so much for the wonderful topics you bring to us - since you have come into my life, I am so much more aware of considering myself - of thinking, learning and listen more into myself and to value the overall context teaching me a kind of balance between acceptance and change; to equally stay and to leave, to return and to anew cross borders .. (it almost feels that before it was somehow a functional driven approach only ...) With much appreciation, thank you!
