L'evento

Our ADLER Lodge Ritten, surrounded by vast meadows and pristine woods - is the perfect place to strengthen the spirit, regain one's balance and recharge with new vital energy. 

Sunday  18.30 Arrival and introduction to the course, time to get to know each other and share their experiences.  

Monday 8.00 - 9.30 The basics of mindful yoga. We learn to listen to our body by awakening it with breath and movement.  11.00 - 12.00 Aware walk in silence  15.00 - 16.30 Slow fluid practice inspired by the element of water. Practice in the gym and last half an hour in the pool.    

Tuesday 8.00 - 9.30 Practice concentrated on the first area of the body, hips and legs. Practice of warriors. Dynamic lesson.  11.00 - 12.00 First steps to learn to meditate, followed by guided meditation Put on compassion.  15.00 - 16.30 Practice of restorative yoga. We learn to relax our body and mind.  

Wednesday 8.00 - 9.30 Specific practice on the second area of the body: the torso. Twists. Dynamic lesson.  11.00 -12.00 Aware walk in silence with meditation.  15.00 - 16.30 Practice basically based on sitting positions. Stretches and gentle arching.  

Thursday 8.00 - 9.30 Specific practice on the third area of the body: the upper part: arms and shoulders  11.00 - 12.00 Mindfulness Meditation. I listen.  

Friday 8.00 -9.30 Practice Vinyasa Flow with attention to balance and physical and mental stability.  11.00 - 12.00 Aware walk in silence  16.00 - 17.30 A pleasant and sweet practice - yin yoga  

Saturday  8.00 - 9.30 Detoxifying Flow  11.00 - 12.00 Meditation to find inner peace in silence.  16.00 - 17.30 Mindful yoga, with conscious movements and attention to the breath  

Sunday  8.00 - 9.30 Morning Magic Flow Practice  I greet with sharing and reflections.
